Monahan) with 15 mm chip at lower front flap fold, tiny chip at upper front flap fold, chips at lower spine panel at corners, closed tears to upper front panel and spine panel professionally mended, spine panel soiled, some moderate soiling to rear panel, front panel is clean and attractive.
