Uncorrected Proof.
Near Fine example of a rare John le Carre proof from this mid-90s period. With just some cracking and mild rubbing to the black text and design to the otherwise uncreased spine.
Bottom corners a little turned.
With the publishers sticker on the rear clearly marking the proof as not available for sale at the time.
An inexplicably rare proof in white wraps, decorated very plainly in black, without any hint towards promotion of the new title.
