8vo, pp295 with the Ichthyological Portion Including the Fishes of the East Coast from Wick to Firth of Forth. complete with 8 b/w illustrations, 3 in the text and 5 full page with tissue guards all in very good condition. Hardcover no dust jacket. Original green buckram binding in very good condition with a little shelf wear to spine and tips. Hinge slightly cracked on page 141/142 but binding holding very nicely, all pages with top edge gilt in good , clean and bright condition. A nice copy.

Nikki Green Books is based in Glasgow. Beth Lowell-Green is a third generation bookdealer, who along with her partner Nikki reside in sunny Glasgow. The origins of the business began with Beth's grandmother, Eve Lowell, who started The Dartmoor Bookshop in Ashburton at the back of Beth's grandfathers newsagent shop before moving to her own premises in the town. Beth spent her formative years working with her parents, who started Sue Lowell Natural History Books, based in London.
