A propos de cet article

Presumed first edition (no direct statement). [2], 1-3, 4-330 pages. Large paperback: H 27.75cm x L 21.5cm. White color pictorial paper covers lightly rubbed and soiled; small triangular indentation to rear cover's center right likewise affecting rear leaves albeit diminishing inward. Past owner PFC James Gray Treloar's ink notation on page 1 regarding his service in the 10th Armored Division etc. with his personal wartime account featured on pages 289-290; Treloar's ink signature also on page 290; interior pages are otherwise clean. Binding is firm. A very good+ copy of an uncommon book which had a small distribution mostly within Mississippi. Features recollections of Mississippi soldiers who served at the Battle of the Bulge. Content is reproduced from original handwritten letters, newspaper articles, as well as typescripts in various fonts. B/w photographs and illustrations (quality of their reproduction is rather poor). First three paged leaves are single-sided with remaining leaves being double-sided. Please note that this large book has an approximate shipping weight of 3.25 pounds (1.47 kg) and will require additional postage for any postal class other than domestic Media Mail. {Military-Shelf#6}.…
