Very Good minus brown cloth-bound hardcover with dark brown and gilt design/lettering to the front and spine, with rubbing to the extremities and light wear/small bumps along the bottom edges of the boards, in a Fair dust jacket with chipping at the edges, a dime-sized hole to the back, overall soiling, and loss to the spine ends.
