WERK Magazine No. 13: Jan De Cock. First edition. Quarto. Illustrations throughout. Die-cut wrappers. Singapore: WERK Magazine,2006. A fine copy. Issue 13 of WERK Magazine documents a 2005 exhibition at Tate Modern of sculptural work by contemporary Belgian artist Jan de Cock. Photographer Kirby Koh is commissioned to document the exhibition in an approach that mirrors the ways in which de Cock's installation creates new spatial perspectives for visitors to reflect on monumental architecture. In turn the magazine is created with a complex series of die-cut windows that reveal details of the publication interior as the reader moves through the magazine.

TENDERBOOKS is a space for independent artist publishing in Cecil Court, London. The shop stages weekly launches and happenings together with regular exhibitions focussing on the book work of a featured artist or press. Events to date have featured book works by AA Bronson and General Idea, Chris Marker, Cady Noland, Sue Tompkins, Ian Whittlesea and Stephen Willats. Tenderbooks frequently commissions publications and limited editions, we are also interested in buying rare material related to those artists featured in our programme.
