A Good, three quarter leather binding and marbled boards, gilt lettering on red spine label, gilt ornate design on spine binding, binding intact, TEG with some blemishes, moderate rubbing and scuffing to boards and leather, age toning to pulpy pages, board corners exposed, rubbing along joints, small splits top front and rear joints, frontis and folding map present, book also has illustrations to pages 41, 46, 66 and 248[calls for seven, has four thus missing 3 plates], marbled endpapers and pastedowns, couple of handwritten ink lines to verso of fold-out map, handwritten ink name on rear endpaper, small round soiled spot bottom front board corner, small sticker with faint handwritten ink number bottom spine.
