1p., 12mo. Bifolium. Addressed, with small red wax seal to one corner, on reverse of second leaf, to 'Miss Gray'. In good condition, lightly aged. A charming missive, reading: 'Mr Hayter's Respectful Compts to Miss Gray and begs her acceptance of the little hexagon dish - which he hopes she will try her ingenuity to outdo - he calls it "a Page", or "a little something to put any thing in - if Miss Gray should like to see how to begin one Mr Hayter will most willing show her his method provided Miss Gray can make it convenient to come any eveng she will please to appoint, not later than six | He desires to give his friendly regard to Mrs Helder & to Miss E G. hoping all is well -'.
