Although not marked as such, this copy was from the collection of Edward Joseph "Ted" Garland, the Canadian ambassador to Iceland and Norway. Garland was an avid angler and also an influential founding member of the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation, a precursor to Canada's New Democratic Party.
