Paley's connection with Law family greatly advanced his clerical career. Paley's long and faithful friendship with Law was acknowledged in the dedication to Horae Paulinae (1790). ESTC records copies at five locations in the British Isles (BL, Cambridge, Dr. Williams's, Liverpool, and Oxford), and a further three in North America (California, Kansas, and Yale). ESTC T4525.
