Magnificent volume with 40 lithograph plates, after Arthur Rackham's charming watercolours. Further black and white drawings within, including many full page.Plates protected by captioned tissue guards. Bespoke recent calf vellum with gilt cover and spine, new silk ties, new endpapers front and rear, a tight, beautiful and exceptionally bright copy internally and externally, a few small spots only within, slight age staining to page edges, minor folds, stated for the sake of accuracy - an exceptionally clean and bright copy without any notable foxing, no thumbmarks, no gift inscriptions or signatures, all forty lithographs are in perfect condition without creases, a scarcity in this condition.
