Errata slip tipped in on rear endpaper. Includes black and white illustrations. Inscription to front pastedown. Pages are moderately tanned and thumbed at the edges, with moderate foxing, more pronounced to text block edges. Binding has remained firm. Slight gutter cracking. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges. Foxing to title label. Slight liquid stains to rear.
