Marbled page edges and endpapers. Firmly bound in full brown calf, gilt filleting to borders, edges and inner edges of boards, five raised bands to spine, floral decoration in compartments, red and black spine labels with gilt lettering. Slight rubbing to extremities. Gilt crest of Rugby School to upper board. Rugby School prize presentation label dated 1886 on front pastedown, to A.C. Stephens and signed by T.W.
