A propos de cet article

The book is in Fine condition (though text is bound upside down in covers by binder). Some short tears and edgewear to dustjacket. With gift inscription by and signed by author; scarce thus. Uncommon in hardcover edition. Covers Roots of Conflict, Genealogy of Federal Lands, Sectionalism, Forest Reserves, Private Rights, Courts, Economic Vandalism and more. As a result of this assumption of usurped power, they continue to encroach even further on the private party's property and rights as well. …
