2nd printing 1974, Inscribed "Best Wishes From" and Signed by the Authors first name to page opposite title page, toning to edges of text block - a light line of toning down center of front board - a former owners inked signature and date to upper right of front free end paper, dj now enclosed in mylar wrap shows edge wear, toning and darkening to spine - small chip and 1/4" tear to top edge and a 15/8" long light/thin ink pen line to upper right of front panel - 11/4" wide x 5/8" deep (maximum) piece missing with further 1/2" tear to top of spine wrapping around tops of front/rear panels - 3/4" wide x 5/8" deep (maximum) piece missing to bottom edge of spine - chip to top of fold rear panel to flap - chips/tears to top/bottom of fold front panel to flap, illustrated with drawings, a diagram of a land tract and historical black & white photographs, historical nautical charts to front/rear end papers.
