This indenture of lease . made and executed on the [first] day of [December] in the year 184[5] by and between the City of Providence . and [Winthrop Pidge] . that in consideration for the sum of [Eighty] dollars . the said City leases . until the first Monday of December, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty-[Six] Stall No. [twelve] in the Market-House [upper] floor, with all its privileges and appurtenances.
