Jenni Fleetwood is the author of a number of cookbooks and is also an established and experienced food editor. Marina Filippelli is a Brazilian who has lived most of her life in Rome and London. After obtaining a diploma at the Leith's School of Food and Wine, she launched her career as a food writer and stylist.
