MORTIMER ARIAS is Bishop Emeritus of the Bolivian Methodist Church and currently Professor of Evangelism at Iliff School of Theology. He has also taught at Claremont School of Theology and served as President of the Latin American Biblical Seminary in Costa Rica. He has published many books and articles, including Announcing the Reign of God (1984) and The Cry of My People (1980, with Esther Arias).
