Kevin D. Randle. PhD, is a retired lieutenant colonel who has been investigating UFO sightings for more than 30 years He has written dozens of books and magazine articles on the subject and has lectured throughout the United States and Europe. He is considered an expert by those inside and outside the UFO field and his opinions and assistance have been sought by government officials, members of the news media, and other UFO researchers.
