Sarah Ann Saeger, LPC, is an internal family systems (IFS) therapist, yoga teacher, author, and content creator who specializes in complex trauma, addiction, and relationships. She is trained in IFS, and an array of integrative somatic trauma therapies. Saeger shares psychoeducation and reflections on parts work and complex trauma recovery on her Substack journal, Whole Self, and her popular Instagram, @sarahannsaeger, which has more than 100,000 followers. Saeger is dedicated to helping complex trauma survivors embrace the wisdom of their whole selves, and she supports survivors in her PA-based therapy practice.
