Lauren Elizabeth Larkin, LMHC, is a psychotherapist with a master's degree in mental health and wellness from NYU. She is an advocate for normalizing mental health struggles and speaks openly about her own experience recovering from an eating disorder, as well as themes and patterns that come up with therapy clients professionally.
