À propos des auteurs

Catherine Cook-Cottone, PhD, is associate professor at the University at Buffalo, State University at New York, as well as practicing psychologist. She has written two books on mindfulness and yoga for self-regulation-one for mental health professional and one for school personnel. Cook-Cottone is on the scientific program committee for the Symposium on Yoga Research and a consultant to the United Nations Foundation, UNICEF, Africa Yoga Project, and is founder and president of Yogis in Service, Inc.

Rebecca K. Vujnovic, PhD, is clinical assistant professor at the University at Buffalo, State University at New York, as well as the program director for the school of psychology's MA program. In addition, Vujnovic maintains a small private practice, specifically working with children using mindfulness techniques to manage anxiety, stress, and worry.

Christopher Willard, PsyD, is a psychologist and psychotherapist at Tufts University and in private practice in the Boston, MA, area specializing in mindfulness-based treatment of adolescents and young adults. He has worked with adolescents for over a decade with experience as a therapist in the inner city, and a special education teacher in a therapeutic school. A student of meditation, he has studied and sat on retreats with many of the great contemporary teachers in both Asia and North America. He recently joined the board of directors at the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy, where he has served on the faculty for the past three years.
