Natalie Y. Gutiérrez, LMFT, (she/her) is a Puerto Rican licensed therapist and healer in New York, NY. She is the author of The Pain We Carry. Gutiérrez specializes in supporting communities of color reeling from the soul wounds of complex trauma. She has worked to help many people on their journey of navigating and healing racial trauma, colonial and historical trauma, intergenerational trauma, and sexual trauma. Gutiérrez is a certified internal family systems (IFS) therapist and trainer at the IFS Institute.
Jennifer Mullan, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist and published author. She currently serves communities as a consultant, therapeutic coach, and ancestral wound worker who seeks to unpack the oppressive legacy of modern mental health practices, particularly for Queer, Indigenous, Black and Brown People of Color (QIBPOC).
