À propos de l?auteur

Jim was born and raised in a lower-middle-class family in western Massachusetts. He learned very early on what the value of hard work and a strong work-ethic would mean for him and his family. As the oldest of three children in a single-parent household, Jim worked hard throughout his teenage years, even quitting high school to work full time to help his mother put food on the table and keep their house warm in the winter. With nothing more than hard work, effort, and determination, Jim went back to graduate high school. He broke the mold and made the shift from blue-collar to white-collar almost overnight. Jim went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Providence College. He has more than three decades of leadership experience ranging from managing a local restaurant to leading a successful organization with nearly $500M in annual revenue and more than 2,800 employees. Jim serves as a Client Experience Advisory Board member for Rutgers University and Seton Hall University, as well as a board member for the Red Door Women's Shelter in Toronto. Today, Jim and his family reside in Rhode Island and Toronto, Ontario. You can learn more at www.dontwaitleadnow.com
