The Editors/Die Herausgeber : The editors and contributors are members of the Internationalen Gesellschaft für Geschichtsdidaktik. They are all committed to research in the field of didactic of history and are engaged in educating future teachers of history. The common point of their interest is the international scientific cooperation. Karl Pellens is longtime chair-person of the Internationalen Gesellschaft für Geschichtsdidaktik and coeditor of the Jahrbuch and the Mitteilungen of the association. He has held a professorship at the Pädagogische Hochschule Weingarten. Die Herausgeber und Autoren sind Mitglieder der Internationalen Gesellschaft für Geschichtsdidaktik, d.h. dass sie an Universitäten und Hochschulen in der geschichtsdidaktischen Forschung und in der Geschichtslehrerbildung tätig und an internationaler wissenschaftlicher Kooperation orientiert sind. Karl Pellens ist langjähriger Vorsitzender der Internationalen Gesellschaft für Geschichtsdidaktik und Mitherausgeber der Mitteilungen bzw. des Jahrbuchs dieser Gesellschaft und war Professor an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Weingarten.
