This highly readable volume provides a comprehensive introduction to Cloud Computing and its principles. It also highlights challenges that start up companies or Small Medium Scale Enterprises (SMEs) face thereby analysing what Cloud Computing has to offer in this area. Business owners focus on profit. What are Service Level Agreements (SLAs), does your Cloud vendor have one and what are the precautions necessary before signing one? A description of the basic things to look out for in an SLA, before signing with a particular vendor, is also outlined in this book. Several key considerations need to be taken into account before embarking on a Cloud Computing solution.
