In order to respond tothese challenges, organizations require an integratedsupply chain. The purpose of this research is topresent the relationship between firm integration andsupply chain orientation. This study also determineswhether supporting technology moderates therelationship between internal and external firmintegration and supply chain orientation.

Dr. Inda Sukati is a senior lecturer at Faculty of Management andHuman Resource Development University Technology Malaysia. He hascompleted his PhD in Supply Chain Management on July 2010.
