Biographie de l'auteur

Suhrita Chakrbarty, Ph.D in Horticulture is Associate Professor in Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya ,West Bengal, India. She is involved in World Bank funded National Agricultural Innovation Project and leading five action research projects related to Dry Flower and Fruit Processing. She has published seventeen papers and two books.
