This book shows the management process undertaken and the pedagogical actions developed by the teacher/tutor, for school managers, students of the distance post-graduation course, taught by the School of Managers in Basic Education (EGEB), offered by the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). The study interprets the possible contributions to the formative process of student managers by meeting the needs experienced by most of the municipalities involved, contributing to the improvement of the formation of education professionals by mobilizing managers around the most recent theories and practices of school management. The systematic didactic mediation between teachers/tutors and students was highlighted, through the virtual platform that made it possible to have repercussions in the acquisition of new learning not only from student managers, but also from teachers/tutors in a continuous and in-service training, with the involvement of all its actors.
