In order to achieve a stable and lasting peace, international cooperation is considered as one of the financing tools and the materialization of what was agreed. Since the signing of this agreement, different countries and governmental organizations and NGOs have made contributions to its implementation, one of the most relevant actors being the European Union. Through the European Union Fund, several projects have been designed, financed and implemented in the areas most affected by the armed conflict. Therefore, this report seeks to analyse one of the projects managed by the European Union Fund for Peace in Nariño, describing the functioning and objectives of the Fund and the selected project, and learning about its results to date and its relationship with the post-agreement. 60 pp. Englisch.

Using Folin-Ciocalteu and catechin techniques, polyphenolic compounds were determined and antioxidant activity was determined by FRAP, ABTS and DPPH techniques. A Pearson correlation analysis showed that there is a negative correlation between the amount of precipitation in the areas where populations develop with the antioxidant activity determined by DPPH, and a positive correlation with the humidity of the seed and the antioxidant activity determined by ABTS and FRAP. 60 pp. Englisch.
