Tubular structural systems have as one of their applicati…ons the internal comfort in industrial spaces, buildings and vehicles, several of these spaces have industrial processes that generate high sound frequencies and mechanical vibrations that need to be properly controlled in order to meet both standards. In order to analyze the structural vibration of tubular systems, the modal analysis technique is a classical methodology for extraction of natural frequencies and vibration modes. Among the modal analysis techniques, numerical methodologies, such as the finite element method, and analytical methodologies, such as the Modal Component Synthesis (SMC), are also noteworthy. The objective of this work is to demonstrate the application of the SMC technique to estimate the natural frequencies and vibration modes of a simplified structural tubular system. Given that CYP2C19 as a highly polymorphic enzyme has the second highest participation in clozapine metabolism, this paper aimed to evaluate the influences of CYP2C19\*2 and CYP2C19\*17 polymorphisms on the response to treatment with this antipsychotic in schizophrenia.In this line, it resulted that schizophrenic super-refrentive patients were mostly carriers of genetic CYP2C19\*17 polymorphisms, associated with a higher daily dose of clozapine, but less efficient responses, since the presence of such a polymorphism makes them ultra-fast metabolic. 64 pp. Englisch.
