Synopsis

In the eighties of XX century, in connection with the development of electronics, there was a technical opportunity to continue experiments on the change of the course of time and the impact on space-time. Western researchers from Israel and the U.S. primarily engaged in the creation of a system for moving vehicles in time, and primarily combat systems that distort the space-time around the target, which should cause the target a huge damage, far exceeding the energy consumption to create distortion. There is no protection against such weapons, and, importantly, the "trick" of exposure can be located under the surface of the earth, that is, theoretically it is possible to destroy the underground government bunker, located under the museum without damaging the latter. The first leak about these developments was made by the U.S. government commission, which in the early eighties limited the supply of powerful computers to Russia, because "they can be used to create new weapons".
