Synopsis

If the United States (NASA), offered the "TRL" analysis and innovation tool, Europe, France (PhD. Florin Paun in 2010 at ONERA) offered the "DRL" and the strategy of "hybridization and agilization of the Tech-Push and Market-Pull DRL-TRL approaches". This tribute book is a presentation of these innovation tools and strategies created 10 years ago by Florin Paun and their multiple uses and impacts (acceleration, blockchain, open innovation).…"The " DRL-TRL " tool is interesting to promote synergies between different actors in an asymmetrical and win-win approach. The adoption of a hybrid model allowing to associate the industry that benefits from PI is to be closely studied according to the DRL model". Denis Mercier, Air Force General, former Chief of Staff of the French Air Force and then NATO Allied Commander Transformation.…"Today, we use the DRL, this great tool as a routine part of the maturation projects we are conducting. It's a very relevant and educational tool. "Vincent Lamande, SATT West.
