Ce projet vise à une étude comparative sur les performances, les émissions et la combustion de la peau de banane et de l'huile de son lorsqu'il est mélangé avec du diesel dans un moteur diesel à injection directe refroidi par eau à quatre temps à un seul cylindre. En raison des modernisations et de l'augmentation du nombre d'automobiles dans le monde entier, la consommation de diesel a considérablement augmenté. Comme le pétrole est une source d'énergie non renouvelable et que ses réserves font peur de nos jours, il est nécessaire de rechercher des carburants alternatifs pour les automobiles. Les biodiesels sont également des carburants renouvelables, non toxiques et respectueux de l'environnement qui peuvent jouer un rôle important dans l'industrie automobile. Sur la base des faits ci-dessus, diverses études et enquêtes sont menées avec différentes huiles végétales pour préparer des NOX rentables et réduits avec un biodiesel amélioré et efficace. Après l'étude intensive, l'identifié était la peau de banane et l'huile de son. La concentration intensive des carburants alternatifs pour les moteurs à allumage par compression a été extraite de la peau de banane et l'huile de son se trouve être un carburant potentiel pour les moteurs CI. Les propriétés de la peau de banane et de l'huile de son sont déterminées en utilisant des techniques standard et les propriétés sont comparées à celles du diesel.
