This work is the result of the author's life experience and tireless studies as an educator, in an attempt to prove the interference of affectivity in the construction of knowledge and in the life of every human being as a whole. These experiences were reflected throughout his academic life. This book seeks to provide guidance to education professionals so that they can reflect on and become aware of the importance of their work as educators and promoters of the future dreams of their students or, in a similar way, destroyers of dreams.
