The book follows the day to day struggles in the air and the rapid development of the Italian Air Force in Spain. In this first volume we follow the struggle up to July 1937, including battles such as the attacks on Madrid, Málaga and Guadalajara.

In this first volume we follow the struggle carried up to July 1937, including battles such as the attacks on Madrid, battle on the river Jarama, the Málaga and Guadalajara presented as part of the Italian Air Force in defense of Majorca and further operations carried out on the basis of this island.
