Perry Soldwedel is the owner of Soldwedel Consulting, LLC. Its mission is to assist schools and districts to manage their resources of people, time, and money effectively and efficiently, and base strategic and improvement plans on validated strategies to achieve their goals and improve their performance.
Perry is a former teacher, principal, curriculum director, assistant superintendent, and Illinois public school superintendent. He has twenty years of experience coaching in school districts. He is a certified strategic plan and management facilitator from the Strategy Management Group/Scorecard Institute, is on the National Education Advisory Board for the ASQ (American Society for Quality), and is a coauthor of Aligning School Districts as PLCs and The School Board Fieldbook: Leading With Vision,.
Perry holds degrees from Bradley University and the University of Illinois.
