À propos de l?auteur: Grace Bahng is a professor in the Sol Price School of Public Policy and the vice dean for undergraduate programs at the University of Southern California, Price. She holds a Ph.D. in policy, planning, and development from USC.

Juliet Musso is an associate professor in the Sol Price School of Public Policy and the vice dean for graduate programs at the University of Southern California, Price. She holds a Ph.D. in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dora Kingsley Vertenten is a professor in the Sol Price School of Public Policy and the coordinator of the online Master of Public Administration program at the University of Southern California, Price. She holds a Ph.D. in public administration and political communications from USC.
