Ce travail a permis d'identifier un ensemble de facteurs de succès et d'indicateurs de succès pour la mise en œuvre de la GRH en se fondant sur un examen approfondi de la littérature et la relation proposée entre eux a été modélisée à l'aide d'un modèle structuré. Le modèle a ainsi évolué et les hypothèses identifiées ont été testées à l'aide des données recueillies auprès d'entreprises ayant mis en œuvre E-HRM. Les entreprises sont choisies pour avoir une représentation équitable des entreprises manufacturières et informatiques de Chennai. Parmi les différents pôles industriels en Inde, la ville de Chennai a été sélectionnée pour la présente étude, car nous trouvons un nombre suffisant d'entreprises engagées dans les deux secteurs d'activité, à savoir l'informatique et la fabrication, en plus d'être l'un des domaines clés des grandes entreprises employant des millions dans des entreprises variées.
