All of the pages are intact and the cover is intact and the spine may show signs of wear. The book may have minor markings which are not specifically mentioned. A good condition book. Undated but a newspaper article secured to the front free endpaper has been penned as '1878', date circa late 1800s. An ex-library rebind with the usual amount of stamps. The contents are mildly tanned and show notable dust-marks throughout the pages, but the contents remain legible and unfaded. Light signs of handling. The binding is firm. A book regarding William Jennens estate after death. Jennens was described as the 'Richest Commoner in England' when he died unmarries with a fortune estimated at £2 Million, and legal battles continued for well over a century after his death in 1798.
