This is an antique collection of four classics published by J.H. Sears & Company in New York. Circa 1923 based on the copyright dates in two of the books. Smaller in size - the books measure 6 3/4" tall x 4 1/4" wide. The following four classics are included: Treasure Island; Uncle Tom's Cabin; Treasure Island; The Last of the Mohicans.

Condition:
Overall the lot is in Good+ condition. Mottling to the cloth along the right edge of the spine of Uncle Tom's Cabin. Each book has a name/address written in ink on the front pastedown or end papers. There is a crack at the front hinge of Treasure Island between the front end paper and pastedown - despite the crack, the front cover is still firmly attached. A tiny bit of the paper has torn away at the top-right corner of the front end paper in Robinson Crusoe. A folded slip of paper was left between pages 184/185 in Treasure Island resulting in a tanned outline of the paper. There are a few tiny stains at the bottom of the long edge of the text block of Last of the Mohicans. N° de réf. du vendeur ABE-1782843347033
