Paula Soteropoulos

PAULA SOTEROPOULOS, MS, is a visionary leader in biotechnology and a passionate advocate for women’s health. With more than 35 years as an entrepreneur, executive, and venture investor, she has focused her career on advancing innovative therapies for difficult-to-treat diseases and personalized medicine.

Paula has served as CEO, chairman and board director, founding and leading companies that have brought transformative treatments to patients worldwide. Alongside her work in biotech, Paula is deeply committed to addressing the longstanding gaps in research and innovation for women’s health conditions. She mentors and advises emerging and women’s health companies, championing investment, advocacy, and solutions that bring greater equity and impact to healthcare.

Paula earned an executive management certificate from the University of Virginia – Darden Graduate School of Business Administration and both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Tufts University.
