À propos de l?auteur: Bernd Heesen, D.M., is Professor of Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Ansbach. He received his Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Master in Management Information Systems from the Technical University Darmstadt. He has been invited to teach in the USA, China, Australia, France, Singapore, Spain and India. He also looks back on a more than 20 year career as a consultant and entrepreneur. His consulting company Prescient Consulting was recognized as one of the “HOT 100 – America’s fastest growing new businesses” by Entrepreneur Magazine and Dun & Bradstreet in 2000.
