Blue-green cloth covered boards with navy blue crab stamped on the front cover; navy blue lettering and graphics on spine. Board panels are clean, spine is sunned. Edges at head and tail of board spine have light crimping and shallow horizontal creases. External page edges are age-toned. Green and blue graphics on end-papers. Numerous full-page and in-text illustrations of marine life. Text pages are age-toned, else clean. No marks or tears. Text block is snug. Dust jacket is lightly soiled and scuffed overall. Light background of back jacket panel is a bit yellowed. Extremities are lightly sunned. Folds are creased; spine folds are scuffed and with a small hold at the second "e" in Edge; also a closed scrape below "Sea." Faint stains across the upper half of jacket spine and adjacent edges of front and back jacket panels. Edges and corners at head and tail of jacket spine are chipped and rubbed.
