Hardcover with dustjacket, quite a cool production packed with vintage photos, the book is clean and attractive with one minor flaw: moderate rubbing to the blue cloth on the top and bottom edges, the jacket has an unfortunate long edge-tear on the rear panel which has no loss but was repaired with tape long ago, the tape has been removed but tanning from the tape deteriorating remains, the jacket also has moderate edge-wear at the spine-ends and corners, the front panel features a color painting of Doe Castle and the photo of the author on the rear panel is in nice shape, the original price (22/6) is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included, "It is well known that there is no more lovely and romantic region in all Ireland than County Donegal, with its far-famed treasury of legends, folklore and entertaining stories".
