Copyright pages dated only 1962. Stated second edition. First volume viii + 483 pages; second volume begins at page 484 and continues through page 1170; third volume begins at 1171 and concludes at page 1796. First volume opens with editors' preface to the second edition and contains codes 1-100 through 36-111. Second volume includes codes 37-100 through 96-231. Third volume contains codes 97-100 through 144-101. Each volume has a printed out and stapled booklet of the third edition 1988 supplement tucked into a pocket on the back attached endpaper. Binding of each volume beginning to loosen at crown of spines, but uncracked and not significantly loose; most prominent in second volume.
