Elliott, Charles Moore, Edward H. Bennett, L. E. Atkins, and Louis C. Cramton. Signature of Harry L. Englebright on front pastedown in black ink: "Harry L. Englebright, Member of Congress." Harry L. Englebright (1884-1943) was a U.S. politician and served as the House minority whip from 1933-1943.
