All the description below is from the English Short Title Catalogue section of the British Library. Sometimes attributed to Nathaniel Crouch (who employed the pseudonyms R.B., Robert Burton, and Richard Burton) and… to John Phillips. A strongly critical anti-Catholic history of the two reigns. With an advertisement printed on the verso of the title page not present in this edition. Place of publication conjectured by Wing. The last leaf is blank. Later published, in a very much altered version, as part 2 of "The secret history, of the four last monarchs of Great-Britain" (Wing C7346). There are at least two other partial re-impressions of this title published in the same year. One has pagination: [4], 96, 87-134, 145-214, [2] p. The other has pagination: [4], 96, 87-182, 193-214 p. This edition is numbered continuously 1 to 214. Condition Report Externally Spine very good condition new spine to old boards.
