Analytic methods of expansion of solution on plane waves are more thoroughly developed. Using also universal experimental curves, same by form, are investigated by same methods, as for semiconductors, spatial stochastic processes of phase transition for traffic flow to bottleneck and for transition from chaotic grow and motion of micro-pores to formation of macro-fracture. Also stochastic point problems are salved for fracture mechanics.
