The aim of this study was to analyse management and planning in primary health care from the point of view of users, professionals and managers, based on the School Health Programme (PSE). Two users (students), two professionals (a dentist and a psychologist) and one manager (a nurse) from primary care, who are part of a Family Health Unit and take part in the Health at School Programme (PSE) in a municipality in the state of Paraíba, were interviewed. This was a descriptive exploratory field study with a qualitative approach. The data was obtained through semi-structured interviews. The data was analysed using the following steps: data sorting, data classification and final analysis. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la gestión y la planificación en la atención primaria de salud desde el punto de vista de los usuarios, profesionales y gestores, a partir del Programa de Salud Escolar (PSE). Fueron entrevistados dos usuarios (estudiantes), dos profesionales (un odontólogo y un psicólogo) y un gestor (una enfermera) de la atención primaria, que forman parte de una Unidad de Salud de la Familia y participan en el Programa Salud en la Escuela (PSE) en un municipio del estado de Paraíba. Se trató de un estudio de campo exploratorio descriptivo con abordaje cualitativo. Los datos se obtuvieron mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas. Los datos se analizaron siguiendo las siguientes etapas: ordenación de los datos, clasificación de los datos y análisis final.
