"8" on cover indicating series (?). Story features Puffle going to collect rent from…a delinquent female tennant and not being up to the job./ Two-piece orange color cardstock covers. Single staple. Reading crease to cover. Printing is for the most part sharp and clear with two pages printed slightly lighter. Text unmarked. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Undated (c 1930). 3 X 4 1/2" inches. 8-page stapled booklet featuring Major Hoople recounting and unlikely sexual adventure to one of his boarders. I don't know the strip but it seems like the artist made a good attempt at recreating the voice/tone). Art is… sharp and detailed with solid black (likely a first edition as subsequent printings/piracies were usually image-degraded). One-piece / wraparound cover with black line printed over spine.
